I have tried all day to message my husband and it just keeps saying no network detected.. I really hope this doesn’t affect our visit later… what little time we get with them is hard to do without..

I legitimately only get to see my man 20 minutes a day... The fact i can't have my visits because this app is never working is extremely frustrating and unfair. The conditions he is kept in alone are disgusting and outrageous. I wouldn't treat a wild animal that way. The wifi is never working and where he is in a cell for 22 hrs a day youd assume the one tool he has to help him stay sane would work. Youd assume the grants and everything you get the one app that connects us would work. This is insane fix it nowww

Frustrated
We might as well be locked up too considering we can't communicate with our loved ones. We are being charged for the worst system. All of these apps are scams at this point and taking advantage of people who can't afford the service to begin with. Shameful.

Enough is enough
To pay the money we all pay to just be able to communicate with those we love...we should not have this many problems. EVERY SINGLE DAY ITS SOMETHING. From being charged 4 stamps for videos, the inmate never received to the text messages be delayed 4 days or emessaging taking 6 weeks to be delivered is absolutely ridiculous. Who is responsible for this ? Who is on our side? Who helps us, the family? Definitely not Securus.
