Enough is enough
To pay the money we all pay to just be able to communicate with those we love...we should not have this many problems. EVERY SINGLE DAY ITS SOMETHING. From being charged 4 stamps for videos, the inmate never received to the text messages be delayed 4 days or emessaging taking 6 weeks to be delivered is absolutely ridiculous. Who is responsible for this ? Who is on our side? Who helps us, the family? Definitely not Securus.

Apparently they can still attempt to call out but we can’t even add money on app or add money by phone?! This is beyond horrible..no way to get a message to him to even let him know

Well, just got off the phone with Securus. She stated they’re experiencing technical difficulties. Therefore you can make a payment, or use the app for that matter. She couldn’t say how long it would be. All she could say is we apologize for this inconvenience. SMH

I just talked to my husband and on his end the app is also down his in Orlando this is how we talk to each all and I really need for yall to fix this for me and everyone else with the same problem do we know when this will be resolved I just trying going on the app and website and it won’t let
