I talked to my boyfriend and he said they can now send message so there message are working but not are this has been all day long dose anyone know when this will be fixed ??

Moemate is a good alternative to c.ai but it’s frequently down and fails to send messages half the time. Whenever you regenerate a message it often will tweak one or two words without giving you a new scenario.

Why should I have to explain to my loved one why I can't log in to our videos smh I called yall said within the hour you would have it working it's been way longer then an hour then I tell my loved one it's not working he said it wasn't working on phone calls but now the calls work why isn't my videos work I shouldn't have to fight with my loved one for something yall keep doing every week

I called securus customer service the agent said they don't have a time frame of when it will be up and running but they are working on it smh this company is a freaking joke ... I

Securus down
Can't even get on securus. This is ridiculous. We pay all this money to talk to our LO and can't and when we're finally able to they're mad at us because they can send messages but we can't even login. Jesus fix it because this site is on my last nerve.
