Optus admits email server issue 16/04/2024
Unable to send emails or reply or forward emails for the last few days via the mail option on my phone (configured to optus).
Multiple contacts with optus (“your inbox must be full, switch your phone off etc…”)
Eventually told by 2 different optus staff (phone and via messenger) there is a widespread issue and technical people are trying to fix it with no resolution in sight.
Webmail works intermittently.
Asked why they didn’t have anything on their site stating there are issues…
Made a complaint to TIO

Dailypay is a joke!
Worked 3 shifts last week updated for only 1 shift and no answers to what happened to my other two shifts. Carrying on into another week yesterday's work shift for 4/15 still no update. Spoke to at least 10 different reps from last week into this week they all ask the same generic questions with no answers. Horrible service!!!
