I just wanted to say to everyone please hang in there I pray that this will get fixed as soon as possible I hope another company buys out securus and is a million times better it's like they don't care about the families or about the inmates this is incredibly difficult I want to talk to my man so bad I can only imagine what he's going through in there not being Able to talk to me Thanks alot crappy securus smh...God will make a way everyone have faith and hang In there

The fact that there’s no communication on where they are in the process or anything is crazy. People just acting like we aren’t humans and that our loved ones ain’t humans. This is disgusting and sick. You never know what people are going through and to cut off communication and taking this long to fix it and being a tech company is crazy !

Securus is horrible still not working
I'm in Connecticut This is so bad my boyfriend has written me 7 times and I can't even respond the app still isn't working and now the phones aren't working to call securus to see what's the update.. SECURUS IS GARBAGE they don't care about the families or inmates that need to talk to each other .. it's been like this since 12 am today and it's still not working . I'm trying to to freak out I have no way to contact my man this is so stressful . THIS SHIT NEEDS TO BE FIXED NOW ..
