MOVIES FREEZING AND CRASHING 10 MINUTES INTO THE FILM
Watch movies on TCM.com 10 minutes int o the film it freezes and goes black. Can't even exit the app . 7 times in a row now. Frustrating. What is the answer. I see a ton of complaints but no remedies. HELP TCM!

In San Francisco, Channel 195, Movies! Network has been displaying only color bars with a high-pitched whine and a headline of 'Sutro DR Master Control' ALL DAY LONG. Auto bot ran me in circles for half an hour before I got a "live chat" but "live" person sounded suspiciously like another BOT. Talked to a girl on a call back for half an hour-she's baffled. Going to be contacted by text in 1 hour (?!) and I'm to respond Y or N whether issue is resolved yet. WTF?! In the meantime, they try to sell me MORE!
