Tried logging on to my account, for some reason only excepted an old password and only showing data from over a year ago?
Tried changing tariff as their email suggested but message on their web page states I don't have an account yet even though I have been with them for years. Time to change provider perhaps.

Can't look up flights, the home screen tells me I have to choose using points to see flights...then the flights say 25k from paris to london....that was 2 days ago...today I can't even access the website....it isn't working...I think they have been hacked...I called and the representative I had...kept telling me how to look for flights, I tried explaining I know how, but I wasn't given an option....well anyways....I will not purchase a flight from them....I think someone intentionally hacked them to put them out of buisness
