No communication, hearing tomorrow
This is absolutely ridiculous. My husband has his hearing tomorrow and there is ALOT of stuff we were going to go over today to be prepared as best as possible for tomorrow. And now we can’t communicate at all? That feels a bit unfair and a bit like a rights restriction. It should not take this long to fix. I, as well as many others, spend a lot of money in this app and deserve a much more reliable product. For most, this is the only connection to loved ones that they have. And this being taken away for an entire day is completely unacceptable. I can’t help but think if these were your loved ones this would be resolved much quicker.
