Agent on securus said they are working hard to fix the problem she said hopefully by tonight it will be all fixed . She said everything is fine on the Inmates side but the customer side they're still having some issues .. LMAO THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE.. everyone keep your head up hopefully by tonight or tomorrow morning this will all be solved

They are never down when it comes to taking my money, I hope they replace sercurus with something else. My husband has 7 yrs left on a 15 yr count I don’t think we’ve had to deal with such a shitty company in 7 yrs . I’m not dealing with them for another 7 more.

Wtf again??
I have been checking and freaking out since last night and all day today. The one hour I’m busy apparently it works for 5 minutes but I missed it. I am so pissed off. Especially when I check my email and it says I’ve gotten multiple messages but I can’t log in to see them!! This is messing with so many peoples lives.

It worked for like 5 min I was able to message my man he was freaking out , and now ITS NOT FREAKING WORKING AGAIN this is the worst company ever !!! Securus get your shit together absolutely disgusting they don't care at all how hard is it to fix a damn app I don't understand .
