Also funny how the system is down nationwide supposedly yet inmates in CA still have access to the landline pay phones abs the video visit kiosks…how’s that possible? If one is out they should all be out.

System NEVER down when it’s time for GTL to get paid!
Thank God phone calls in CA are free considering the phone system has been down since Thursday.
Just now realizing how many of us are still paying for phone calls, and it’s but cool that GTL can’t get its servers to connect/handle the amount of traffic that they promise us when they take our credit card payments. Funny how the server is never messed up during payment times or automated checkout processing times
