Unacceptable
This is beyond ridiculous that this app is still not up and running. Literally thousands of people are unable to talk to their loved ones because of this and there is no explanation as to why it’s taking so long. We already have to pay so much money a month in order to stay in contact and deal with faulty visitation booths that are always breaking and now for HOURS we are unable to speak to our loved ones. This is unacceptable and downright disgusting. Literally having a panic attack because I can only imagine how my husband is feeling right now not knowing what’s going on and why he can’t reach me.

Doesn't work
You can't even call them now ... the phone doesn't even work now. I can't add money to my account or nothing if I didn't already have some on there I couldn't even get the call but now I can't add any can't log in this is very frustrating

I’ve been trying since 4am this morning and nothing on the app no network data then closes. Tried calling and it just hangs up. Went to website server not found wtf !?! My wife is messaging me and I can’t even see the message!!

Already missed one visit. Can't reschedule for 24 hours.. if the app is down it'll be 2 -3 days till I get another visit. You mfs better be adding these days on the end of my month subscription since it's your damn fault!

Fix it
This is just ridiculous. They don’t realize the affect it has on people lives. Kids needing to talk/see their parents. Spouses needing to see/talk to their spouse. My husband has messaged me 13 times probably worried about his family. They need it fix it this is how we keep our loved ones sane and happy and vice versa. The fact it’s affecting phones and messaging which is cutting off alll communication is crazy. This is beyond ridiculous.

State of VA Outage
