Hi the app isn’t working it was working yesterday this is how I talk to my husband every day all day .. I’m in Florida Miami area dose anyone know when this app will be fix I wonder if our loved ones are having the same problem on there end

Fix the app!!
I'm having issues with the Securus app as well from Texas. Our LO's are still able to call and message. I've received multiple calls and messages. This is ridiculous, we pay this company too much money to be down like this.. This is how we communicate with our LO's.. Communication for my LO and I is crucial right now, they have no power, there not giving them water, and they are on lockdown.

Fix this overpriced App!!
This app is always down, raise fees for what? We pay more for an app that never works. Use the money to make the app work on a regular basis. Every day something is wrong with this app!
