SECURUS I WILL FIGHT YOU
This is actually insane. I'm fed up. I want to try to find a state rep or someone to talk to. Try to get some attention on this because this is UNACCEPTABLE. We had a video call scheduled for tonight and it worked for a whole 4 minutes. I know this site is completely unrelated to Securus, but I hope the Securus techs come over here and see how many real people they are screwing over with their horrible "fixes".
