I want to give DSW my money -- it shouldn't be this hard
DSW website will not allow me to check out on my phone or laptop with the Mother's Day discount. DSW website tells me "Please check your network and try again later!" but I don't have a network issue, it is their website. And on the website isitdownrightnow.com it says that DSW.com "has been unreachable for more than 2390 days", which is insane considering that their website is linked to every store and contains tracking orders, and who can forget the multiple marketing emails a day linked to this website. This is incredibly frustrating, but likely indicative of a bigger problem at DSW on their backend. Plus, if this is a network issue on my end, I shouldn't even be able to browse their website, log into my account, and add shoes to my cart. I want to give them my money -- it shouldn't be this hard, especially when you're pushing a sale that is intended to drive traffic to the website! Please, for all that is good DSW, fix your website!

I have been trying to order shoes on the dsw app for the past three and a half hours, with the discount they offered for today however, any form of payment will not go through...credit card, PayPal, etc. I keep getting a message: Sorry, something went wrong. Try again later.
