State of VA Outage
VA is out I cannot access my APP, I cannot log in. I cannot receive calls AT ALL. I am pissed as usual leave it to securus to have continued issues, every month, no every other week there is a problem. I AM OVERI T

Securus app is still not. Fixed worldwide outage
This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! F****** PISSED OFF my man has wrote me 6 times he's probably so worried . The app just stopped working at midnight I called two customer service reps with securus and they said it will take a business day or by tomorrow it should be fixed this is insane I spend a lot of money on this app ... I don't freaking get how a tech team can't solve this right away this is bull . If they don't fix this they're going to have a huge lawsuit

I have been trying to login to my securus account online and on the app since late last night. All I have gotten is error. I can't check my emessages. I don't like this at all. Lol fix it please like yesterday!!

Nothing is working
This is ridiculous. I pay hundreds of dollars per week to use a "communication" (and I use that word lightly) service that only works when the moon is in the correct phase and there's a butterfly chewing on a flower. The app closes itself and says "network error" when I try to open it, and the website has a DNS failure. At least notify people that there's an issue. Of course they probably don't want to do that because that would be an almost daily notification. Absolutely ridiculous.

Unreliable at best
In St Louis, can't even log on, no email, phone, nothing... This system us unreliable at best. Dropped calls on is a normal, takes days for emails to deliver.... I pay alot of money to try to keep our marriage together while he ( we ) walk down his time, and your system should be more reliable and work 99% of the time and it doesn't!!

Can’t add money to talk to my husband and can’t do anything with this system being down. We pay a lot of money to help our loved one stay in touch and not feel alone.

Ridiculous
This is ridiculous and frustrating. I called and waited a hour and half and they said the tech team is working on with no estimated time . I asked will it be done today they said they had no idea. This is crazy how could a tech company not be able to figure out a tech problem ? Not to mention they don’t even notify anyone out here and I’m sure they probably aren’t letting them in there know ! Paying for a service that I can’t even use. But at the end of they will go get to talk to their loved ones. This situation has been going on for over 12 hours now.
