FIX THE PROBLEM!!!
I have been trying to log in to my account to no avail. I have received calls but when I answer I get nothing but silence. This is absolutely ridiculous! Do you have any idea what it is like to not be able to talk to a loved one? FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!

New outlets Florida
At this point I am ready to go to the news outlets to let them know what is going on. I have a lot of connections in the media and the Florida Attorney General. This is ridiculous. How can you not give people an estimate time frame or provide an alternative way for communication. This is a service that people pay for! I am sure all the news outlets will eat this story up and demand answers.

Hi its 5 clock and the app still isn’t working will it be fixed today or what’s going on . My husband keeps messaging me and I can’t even write him back this is very frustrating that the app isn’t working if it isn’t fixed Today what about tomorrow like no body is saying anything to tell us what’s going on that’s has been very aggravating me all day long .. free e cards or Stamps should be given to everyone going through this today

Securus Is Inadequate, ON A GOOD DAY!!!
Site and app down - California
My sister went thru Securus last November 2023 to put money on my son's books but because he was fighting another case, they had already transferred him from prison to county jail - of course, they still processed her money even though he wasn't at the facility and when she called, she got no results - told her she'd have to wait - well, she never got the money back because about 2 weeks ago, they (they being: Arizona Dept of Corrections, Securus and Maricopa County Jail) finally decided HOW to credit my son's acct to where he's currently at which is county! Either way, Securus was involved! They should have never accepted the money in the first place and DID have a hand in the processing time!

Securus correctional Facility Nation Wide System failure
From the more than 2 hours worth of phone calls since approximately 8:20am eastern time this morning May 21st 2024 Securus.net has a National complete system outage to I believe more than 1600 Correctional facilities throughout the United States
Per company information I have been told they have no idea at all when it will be restored or what happened to it.
The correctional institutions are pissed, the inmates are pissed and I just called the parent company Platinum equity in Los Angeles, California who owns Securus and they would not even speak to me.
So a company that provides inmate communication and visit and status updates to I believe 1600 or more correctional facilities all across this country has completely failed.
Securus has not even provided a customer email o all of the people who purchased phone, messaging and text credits for the people we are trying to stay in contact with and I was told “ Try back in a couple of hours but it could be 24 hours or days before it is working again.
I believe I am going to reach out to New York State media outlets and government officials and maybe we can get some information and possibly action taken to get this Nation Wide Correctional facility communications system fixed.
I would suggest everyone across the Nation do the same.
As of 20 minutes ago we cannot even get information from the correctional facility or schedule visits or get condition updates on anyone in any of these Corrections Facilities in New York State!

Ridiculous
My securus app has been rescheduling video visits, cutting my messages off at 7Pm instead of 12Am and today 5/21/2924 I'm unable to open the app in any browser, device or location. The same for several family members in different states I'm in Indiana. The prices they charge and now anyone who had a remote video schedule today just lost their money and visit imagine how much securus made off that, yet they say it's not on their end and their 800# isn't working to speak with a live person.

Allll dayyyyy reallyyyy????!?!?!?!?!? f***in senile bastards can’t get a f***in app to work at this point they can all burn in hell and what’s crazy is that lately the app has been f***in up real bad throughout the day and now it’s been down all day who the f*** are the slow f*** retards behind the IT team!? Crazy
Just as you guys are thinking about declaring bankruptcy due to the 1 Billion Dollars of debt , all this happens and it’s taking forever to work on it. Makes me think you guys aren’t even working on it. You could have put out an automated email to our loved ones stating we are having a problem on our ends as my husband is very worried about everyone.

When will we be able to log back in
I have been trying to add money to my account since 8 this morning. It says server unavailable on my end. I've tried 4 different devices and can't log in. My husband calls and it won't even let me add money that way like it usually would. The 800 at first kept declining my card which definitely shouldn't be and not it just hangs up when you call.

Unacceptable
This is beyond ridiculous that this app is still not up and running. Literally thousands of people are unable to talk to their loved ones because of this and there is no explanation as to why it’s taking so long. We already have to pay so much money a month in order to stay in contact and deal with faulty visitation booths that are always breaking and now for HOURS we are unable to speak to our loved ones. This is unacceptable and downright disgusting. Literally having a panic attack because I can only imagine how my husband is feeling right now not knowing what’s going on and why he can’t reach me.

You can't even call them now ... the phone doesn't even work now. I can't add money to my account or nothing if I didn't already have some on there I couldn't even get the call but now I can't add any can't log in this is very frustrating
