Fix this overpriced App!!
This app is always down, raise fees for what? We pay more for an app that never works. Use the money to make the app work on a regular basis. Every day something is wrong with this app!

Securus sucks
As much money we spend on this app DAILY we shouldn’t be having constant outages, i understand this happening once in a blue moon but this is always happening they should be able to pay people to keep the app up at this point

They have not given a time frame but are “working diligently” to fix the issue. Everyone is having the same problem. App isn’t working, the webpage won’t load and it says network error. Who knows how long this is gonna take. I hope everyone can get it touch with your loved ones. I absolutely can’t stand this. As much money as we pay this should not be a constant issue.
