Я отправила сообщение на счёт ошибки уже час назад , а ошибка все равно вылетает. Боты хорошие но почему эта ошибка вылетает все чаще и чаще?

Что вообще происходит? Я опять общалась с ботом и опять вылетела ошибка на счёт сообщения.ч отправляю а вылетает ошибка по типу "повторная отправка поможет* но нет , я отправляю но не работает
