I tried to refill prescription. It said that it could not be filled at the location set for my Walgreens even though it is a 24/7 store. So I called the local store (Illinois) and when my wife went to pick it up she had to wait an hour because they filled the prescription in North Carolina. I used scanner on app which normally works to start this chain of events.

All of my RX data is jacked up, its showing I picked up 1500 pills of my scrip 4 times this month, and that they're doing a 30 pill refill right now, as well as one that is stuck on "incomplete", the prices are all off as well. Its usually 60 for 120, it was saying 225 dollars for 90 on one. The price just went up three months ago to 60, used to be 52, but going up to 225, knew that was wrong, and it said that was with insurance, the local pharmacy knows Walgreens doesn't except HN.

I can log in via my phone but the mobile app is not as easy to use as the desktop one. I use Firefox for everything and this has not been an issue before. If I use MS Edge, it logs in fine. I won't install Chrome but have to use it at work and it works find there. Why has Firefox suddenly been booted

Have been unable to get the password reset code for DAYS a few weeks ago, the site said there was a known issue sending them via text but now they are not being sent at ALL. I wrote down my password when I changed it and I know it's correct, but it won't recognize it and I also can't reset it. Very frustrating.

We were trying to reschedule 2nd vaccine since the default scheduled them too far apart for the one that we received. We realize the extra week probably won't hurt us, but we are going to be out of town that week. I was finally able to log in one account and cancel one (interestingly it made a point to note that it canceled both appointments even though one is in the past!) I already scheduled our second dose at Walmart but would like to cancel so someone else can get our spots, and I need to take a look at some Rx stuff but can't get in and it's very frustrating.

I tried to log on multiple times. I spoke with website customer service who said they knew of no problems, I tried multiple browsers and could not log on. I tried the app and could not log on. I was advised to change the password. I tried this and no code was ever sent to my email address. So I just gave up and will try again in a very days.

Walgreens app and website not working since yesterday (Monday) when I try to sign in to my account, even though I have my password stored. Have tried the "forgot password"/email or text me options countless times. It always says that it was sent but it never shows up. Have checked my spam folder. The "help chat" said I was #121 in line for help with no indication on when help would come. The phone help line just had me on hold forever and said they have an unprecedented number of calls, with no estimated hold time or even a way to have them call you back when someone is free.
FYI- I went for my covid shot 2 days ago (Monday) and the pharmacist happen to mention they had somehow been double-booked with appointments that day. I didn't ask if it was a local or a national issue (tbh, I was just so grateful to get the vaccine).
If I had to guess, Walgreens as a whole is overwhelmed and things have broken. For me, this is mildly frustrating. But for anyone still trying to book a vaccine, this is a real problem and Walgreens IT needs to get on it asap.
I'd communicate this to Walgreens directly, but obviously, I can't. Good luck everyone!

forgot to add- when I booked mine and my husband's appt. last week, we both received the email confirming our 2nd dose, but not the first dose. Eventually, hours later, my husband did receive confirmation for his first dose, but I never did. I could still see the 2 doses for me listed in the app (back when the app still worked for me) and I felt reasonably sure I still had the 2 appts. But it wasn't until I checked us both in on vaccine day that I knew for sure. It was very nerve wracking.

Unable to login to check prescriptions for past 2 days. . It does work using SMS from phone, but functionality is very limited when using the SMS feature.

only if you have a phone number associated with your login account. If you're trying to setup an account, you can't at the moment. So without a pre-existing account (with an associated phone number), you cannot call to make an appointment.

It has nothing to do with them wanting to or not to do vaccinations. No matter what technology you used if an overwhelming amount of people sign on to it, the system will lag or the site will colapse.

what a fuck up! feels like they DON'T want to vaccinate and save lives. First, the appointments were not working. Now, when the appointments seem available, the login is not working! The server seems down due to high volume? really? is the whole country ONLY trying to log in on Walgreens? These people should be held responsible for deaths.
